  • Born and raised on a small island off the east coat of New Zealand. Miriana grew up with sand between her toes and (doing as many kids do) practicing her own special kind of kid yoga on the soft beaches (rolly pollies down hills, back flips into the dark blue water and meditating in nature). As she grew older the calling to understand what yoga was also grew and this took her first at 19years old to Thailand to begin her training as a yoga teacher. A few years later it took her to the yoga mother land India! There was no going back from here! Yoga was well and truly ingrained into her lifestyle and her very essence. Miriana is deeply grateful to have such an amazing practice in her life and looks forward to continue on the journey of yoga and to continue to learn, grow and share this life changing knowledge with everyone she can!

  • I've really enjoyed the classes at Remedy Yoga. It's what keeps me sane. The heated space is an absolute solace to my busy world and the classes align me physically and emotionally. The teachers are incredibly friendly and welcoming and ready to help me with variations to an injury or stretch me a little further. I highly recommend Remedy Yoga!

  • The instructors here are inclusive, caring, genuine and fun. If your searching to dive into yoga or just dip your toes, this is the place. Red Box Remedy has provided me with and opportunity to immerse myself within the practice, getting to know the teachers with a tea and conversation afterwards has been a greatly appreciated part of this.

  • Amazing instructors! Each have their own unique qualities that really bring something different to help improve your practice. No matter what level you are at they accommodate accordingly. So if you are a beginner they give you options to get the most out of your practice at a level that works for you. And the same if you are quite advanced they give you the steps to go further if you wish. Flows are different everyday and help build for bigger things. Truly a great yoga studio! They often give personal corrections and tips if they see you out of alignment and they really know their stuff! There is a lovely vibrant vibe and and welcoming attitude from all the instructors and staff. Highly recommended any one considering it!
