  • Focused on building stamina and aerobic fitness, these sessions combine cardio and functional movements to help you improve endurance and work capacity over time.

  • A mix of strength and conditioning using functional movements. Every session is varied, scalable, and designed to improve overall fitness in a supportive group setting.

  • Build- A full body strength class designed to help you learn how to lift safely, track your progress, and build confidence in the gym. Perfect for women wanting guidance and structure or wanting to refine their training.

    Sculpt- A targeted class focusing on legs, glutes and core. Designed to help tone and strengthen, and build consistency in a supportive and encouraging environment.
