Functional Group Fitness (FGF) is a fast and fun, high energy class packed with a variety of exercises to help you strengthen and improve your cardio fitness in a short period of time.

We offer 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions throughout the week. This format of class is awesome - it caters for all levels, from beginners to advanced, and our trainers have the flexibility to create and modify the content to suit the class needs.
