It is our premium service, the absolute best way of beginning your journey towards health and fitness – or accelerating your strength training, physical conditioning and fitness goals. Want to be healthy and happy? CrossFit is where you start!
You’ll establish a foundation of strength training – perhaps the most important part of you beginning your fitness or weight loss journey. There is no expectation of any existing strength / fitness training background to begin with. Those things are learned and they’re BEST learned in a small, encouraging group where a coach can watch and correct your movement.
We have been Cross Fit trained and teaching since 2008.
