Boxing for fitness gets you seriously fit! At Red Box Gym Murwillumbah we are fans of the awesome utility of boxing and striking as a fitness modality. You’ll work in a small, hard-working group with a dedicated boxing trainer. You’ll punch and kick, run and row, throw knees and elbows.
